Since we have had a mild few days we have taken advantage and repaired some of the winter damage to the trees. Mostly we just had a branch down here and there, but sadly we lost half a willow that blew over onto a wall. Fortunately, at the same time we have had a giant muddy puddle develop in the field reserve, so Toffee and the crew set about planting it out with the stakes from our sacrificed tree! Hopefully most of them will grow and dry out the area and provide a little copse for the wildlife to use!
